That person is your Buyer Agent. Our unique knowledge, years of experience and dedication to our clients make us uniquely qualified to be on your side and represent you in price negotiations, walk through's , closing process etc. And the interesting aspect is that all this is FREE for you. You, as a buyer, pay us nothing. Our commission is already included in the Builder's price.
